The Communications Outreach
Planning Process

We help community organizations increase levels of community awareness, appreciation and support for their work.

For a church, outreach may be toward worship attendance, membership, voluntary and financial support for the church and its missions.

For a nonprofit, outreach may be toward event participation, contributions of time and money and connections to others for advancement of the cause.

For a community business, outreach may be toward awareness of the goods and services they provide, high marks of appreciation for them and support by patronizing the business.

We provide several levels of communications outreach review and planning help.

1. Community "Aspirations" Review:

Identify current goals of the organization, both explicit and implicit. Identify specific aspirations of the organization and the people it serves. Establish indicators of achievement.

2. Curent "Message" Review:

Establish a current benchmark around your oral, written and Internet communications. Evaluate the audience, tone, style and effectiveness of your communications.

3. "Complete" Communications Outreach Development Process:

A process for completing the first 2 steps and going beyond to work with new groups of people and organizations: building Awareness, Appreciation and support for the work of the organization. This includes the design of new communications systems using modern methods.
