We like to get to know our clients and we have enjoyed seeing this come together.

The owner was once retired, has a lot of energy, and a desire to find a place for his own company now.

It turns out the Oil industry has a problem.  On their trucks they need to have a way to double check what type of fluid is being sent from a truck into a tank.  Often the different fluids have a color; you would not want to make a mistake on this.  They see into a control valve on a truck with a "Sight Glass".  Working with this has been a real education for us!

So, he found a way to manufacture a great sight glass; he went on the road day and night, all over the United States to tell people about it.  At first it was slow, but things were gradually improving when we met him.  He said, "I need a Web site".

A Web site would put him on the Internet - a great way to get more respect.  A good Web site would project his company as an important player on the world oil trucking stage.  We were intrigued.

It wouldn't be a big Web site; it would be a colorful and straight forward Web site.  He would change it himself to tell people where they could find him at a show.  It would help to raise people's awareness of his company.

So, we did it together and now he even has an Asian operation.  Small business?  Yes, it still is because he is building a community of relationships, a reputation.  Success?  It sure is a lot of fun.
