| The Complete Communications Outreach Development Process | ||

This process focuses on the organization's complete current and potential communications outreach system.
It is a clear path to awareness, appreciation and support of the community organization, both for people inside and those outside.
It enables the energy of people to come together, to benefit everyone, as they embrace aspirations and set attainable goals using modern communications methods.
Process Summary: 1. Identify and review the aspirations of both the organization and its community at large.
2. Identify indicators of awareness, appreciation & support for the organization's work.
3. Review historical outreach indicator achievements. 4. Set new outreach "Aspiration" goals.
5. Research public opinion: expert, media, organizations.
6. Create a communications outreach committee of 1-10 people. 7. Identify a local community service area of people. 8. Develop 1 specific, primary group of needs. 9. Tailor benefits related to the expressed needs of the outreach groups. 10. Review current communications outreach systems. 11. Develop a communications system for outreach. 12. Enable and start the new communications outreach system - focus on benefits. 13. Celebrate Success.
