There are many opportunities to meet your Phillips Neighborhood family at the English Learning Center (ELC). ELC is a part of Our Saviour's Community Services - a ministry partner of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. ELC supports adults in learnng practical life and work skills through English (reading), math, computer, citizen preparation and our new community garden. We hope you will consider joining the team of over 100 volunteers and help make a difference in this community.
